MMBB Ad: I was approached by the Vice President of TBO Communications to lead this important project on behalf of ACS, A Xerox Company. I researched the company and it's affiliation with ACS/Xerox, then wrote copy to congratulate them on 100 years of service. I searched for images that looked ethereal, and tied it into the copy. The designer packaged up my vision perfectly.

Gannett Beneficiary Designation Form: Gannett asked us to come up with a new way to get their retirement-aged population engaged in providing up to date beneficiary information. We proposed a letter with a tear off form with easy to follow instructions and examples to refer to. We surpassed the client's goal by 20%. We recorded 77% of the forms sent as returned with updated information. I wrote and managed the layout of the entire piece.
